Once all details are confirmed, standard production normally takes 14 working days. Designs requiring custom-cut center stones may need an additional 5 working days. Expedited service is available for selected styles. Please contact customer service for more information.

Many of our diamonds come with independent grading reports issued by laboratories such as IGI. Certificates for custom-cut gemstones can be arranged upon request. Additional fees apply.
We offer free mirror polishing service within the first year, plus lifetime ongoing after-sales support to care for your jewelry for years to come.
